Trailblazer is a leading operator in southeast Texas with company operated producing wells in Burleson, Brazos, Grimes, Madison, Leon, and Houston Counties. Trailblazer’s headquarters are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Field Offices are located in Normangee, Texas and Weldon, Texas.
Trailblazer has been a consolidator of operators with historical purchases from Petrohawk, Marlin Energy Resources, Burk Royalty, and Sequitur Energy. One of Trailblazer’s strategies is to continue to acquire assets from others.
Development of our assets has been with both vertical and horizontal drilling. A large hydrocarbon charged stratigraphic section has producing reservoirs of the Eagleford Shale, Woodbine Sandstone, Buda Limestone, and Glen Rose Limestone, and others.
Trailblazer works with numerous landowners, both private and public. Public partners in our oil and gas operations include the Texas General Land Office and Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Trailblazer has a constant focus on environmental, social, and corporate governance and a very strong performance history with the Texas Railroad Commission. Safety and environmental performance are hallmarks of our existence.
Trailblazer also has a midstream operation that includes local and regional gathering of both gas and water. Trailblazer has an extensive gas gathering system in Houston, Leon, and Madison Counties and numerous saltwater disposal wells. Trailblazer has been a consolidator in midstream, most recently with a purchase of the north-south running Eaglebine 10” gas gathering system from Midcoast Energy (formerly Enbridge) in Leon and Madison Counties. If you have a need for gathering in any of the counties that we operate, our wholly owned subsidiary, Trailblazer Energy Resources, LLC., would like to provide that service.
